RUBBER TECHNICS INDUSTRY LTD was created to provide substantive support to companies in the field of professional tire repairs. In addition to knowledge and technical support, we also offer professional tire repair materials and specialized tools. Our clients are retread plants throughout Europe.
TYRE REPAIR TRAININGS
The training is conducted by Ryszard Marcinkowski. He has educated hundreds of people over several decades of work. He is an outstanding specialist in the field of damage assessment and repair technology for passenger vehicle, truck, agricultural, OTR and EM tires.
TPMS TRAININGS
We also offer training in servicing the TPMS system. The training is conducted by Piotr Szwarc - electrical and electronics engineer. Specialist in the field of automotive electronics. Since 2013, he has been associated with TPMS sp. z o. o., where he conducted training and provided technical support to workshops in the field of TPMS.
PROFESSIONAL LINE OF TIRE REPAIR MATERIALS
We offer repair patches in standard versions - with polyester or polyamide cords, as well as made to order, with aramid or steel cords. Our chemical products ensure extreme adhesion of the repair inserts to the repaired surface. They enable cold and hot repairs.
PROFESSIONAL LINE OF TIRE REPAIR TOOLS
To ensure professional quality repairs, we also provide the necessary tools and supplementary materials: extruders, thermopresses, grinding wheels, rubber compounds.

One-Step Repair
Simple, one-step injuries repair by Patch&Plug.
Two-steps repair
Two-steps injuries repair by Plug and Patch. It's necessary when the damage is not perpendicular to the tread surface (more than +/- 15°).
ver patch application
This patch may be used in the repair of crown, shoulder or sidewall injuries in all types of radial tyres.
One-step hot vulcanization
Necessary in case of complex and large tire injuries. In order to carry out repair, you need a sushion gum or rope rubber and a thermopress.
